Cloverfield.

I went and saw Cloverfield, earlier.  I enjoyed it, and I actually didn't get motion-sickness, thankfully.  I had heard that some people were getting sick because of the jerky camera movements, but they didn't really bother me.  Not like motion-sickness has ever affected me before, though.  A lot of my family members seem to have a problem with it, though.

I also just finished episode 14 of Clannad.  And, y'know, I am just not one to outwardly show emotion.  I was reading about the episode on Random Curiosity before I actually watched it (without looking at spoilers, amazingly), and they said that this was supposed to be a real tear-jerker of an episode, and I just didn't feel anything.  They blatantly stated that they don't know how anyone can watch this episode and not cry or get choked up, neither of which actually happened to me.

It's funny how I just have no problem with separating myself from fiction during times when I should actually feel some emotion for the characters or situations.  You know, during the times I should actually feel SOMETHING.

Speaking of Clannad, I really, really want to play the official game.  I'm hoping that the English Patch that's being worked on will be finished sometime soon.  I would really love to play this, since I heard it was far deeper than the anime (understandably so, considering that you can put so much more time in the game), and I would have no problem with purchasing a copy of the game if it can be played with the patch (which I would HOPE it does).  I don't know how people are playing it right now, though, unless there's another patch that was made and nobody's telling me about it.

At the very least, it'll make a good time-waster when I'm in college, considering that it's not hentai, and it's something that can be played over and over again.  Of course, this assumes that I'm not going to be busy 24/7 during college, and I'm guessing that I'm going to be completely swamped...

I checked my queue for library books earlier... and wow, I have about 20 or so books in-transit, right now.  They'll probably be here by tomorrow or Tuesday (the library here is closed on Mondays).  I'm going to have to start waking up early again, just so I can read all those books before they're due.
